"Engañan con lo que ofrecen"

Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan a los mensajes ni están atentos, viajé desde muy lejos y cancelaron mi reserva sin avisar en la plataforma aunque solicité e informé que llegaría, llegué confiado y quedé en la calle. Adicionalmente al llegar cambiar las normas frente a lo que ofrecen en tema de mascotas.

El trato de su personal, atentos, educados e ubicación

Que las toallas en baños estan muy desgastadas y por tema de seguridad sugeriría dejan una toalla para las manos y otra toalla para poner en el piso al salir de la bañera

Es un lugar cómodo, espacioso y céntrico.

Hay mucho vagabundo en los alrededores y eso lo hace inseguro. El ruido de los pasillos se escucha demasiado.
