Riverside studio with Jacuzzi!

Trying to charge me for key when they already cleaned room making out they needed it soon as I had a bad night in cells but dropped it off so didn’t get charged even though wasn’t me Arsehole

Lots of the property was damaged, the wallpaper was torn in places, some of the furniture was not well maintained. The water in the Hot Tub looked dirty. They take a £150 damage deposit from you before the stay and then tell you it will take 7 - 10 days to get it back, this is not ideal.

Didn’t feel safe or secure no staff to accommodate,smelt of cigarettes in hallway leading into our room ,all floor was damp due to hot tub as we arrived ,opened up the tub and they was all white froth obviously leading to ph balance not been right which meant we couldn’t use it, the hot tubs turns on every half hour in the night didn’t get any sleep .i DO NOT recommend at all

jacuzzi in the room.

It wasn’t very private as you could hear the other residents above.

The hot tub was filthy upon arrival, therefore we couldn’t use it as intended

Bed

Damp smell, tv remote wast working properly, very small bathroom, had been advised to keep the hot tub on, its pump was making noise so aften during the night sleep.
