old and run down, live cockroach in bathtub, noisy ac unit, could not work tv, went to office for help with tv remote no one answered office door.

Seth who checked me in was smiley, professional and helpful.

It was a very tired dated property I didn’t feel confident or fully comfortable about staying in.

It was a very large room with plenty of space for all our things. The bed was comfortable. The location was within walking distance of places to eat. Seth who checked us in was very kind and even upgraded our room since the room we booked was not ready for us.

The room could have used a bit of a more thorough cleaning. In particularly the bathroom shower had dirty wall and shower curtain. I never figured out how to use the television, it would have been nice to have some instructions in the room. Also the pool gates were locked so we couldn’t use it, though to be fair I never went to the office to see if it was even available to use I just assumed because it was locked it was not. Though it was a charming inn the grounds could do with a bit more attention.

I have stayed at My Place quite a few times, and it never disappoints me. It is the best value in Wickenburg! You give up nothing to experience this value. Great rooms, all the comforts of home, cleanliness, pleasant staff, just the best!!
