Great communication from the host pre-visit, and he was very helpful and gave plenty of good guidance regarding the area. Location was great for visiting the city centre and also the beaches. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house, superbly comfortable beds, fantastically well equipped for cooking, lovely views, great air con and great big telly with loads of channels. Quiet and peaceful at night and walking distance to the best beaches in Split. Walking distance to Split centre or a cheap Uber ride.

Nothing not to like.

The house was spacious, clean and was as advertised. Beaches, restaurants are within a 10-20min walk. The hosts were exceptional and responded to all of our questions and needs before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

The third bathroom was not really a full bathroom and did not have a sink. For our group of 9 a 3rd bathroom was important but we may do.

The host Josko was incredibly friendly and helpful. He arranged transport for us from the airport straight to the apartment for a very good price. Then when we arrived at the apartment he met us to give us the keys even though it was late at night. He showed us around and made sure we were comfortable, and even sent us recommendations of places to eat and visit during our stay. He was very helpful and respectful and if we needed anything we could message him on whatsapp and he would help us out. The apartment itself was lovely, clearly very well looked after and clean. The location was on the nature reserve hill, and was a very short walk to the best beaches in Split. It had everything we needed as a group of 7, with plenty of room to sleep and 3 bathrooms. A group of 8/9 could stay there with no problem. The beds were all very comfortable and there was air conditioning in every bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and there is an outdoor seating area with a grill too. Everything we needed was provided, such as bath towels and toilet rolls. The wifi was easy to access and fast, and there is a large and high quality TV too. Overall our group of 7 had a great time staying at Josko's apartment and we are all very pleased with our stay. It was incredible value, the apartment was beautiful and large and was a very fair price, the best for the money in Split. We have no complaints whatsoever. I cannot recommend Josko and his apartment enough. If I return to Split I will be staying there again for sure.
