Cavendish Cat and Gaming House

We love that you have cats and gaming which is perfect for my son ....we have cats and he loves gaming, also that we are allowed to use the facilities in the house, inc cooking washers and dryers ...The hosts Chloe and J were most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble

Could do with having some better pillows i.e thicker ones and also a bigger fan because its been really hot and struggle to sleep

The property was comfortable and clean. The kids absolutely loved the gaming equipment and the cats. The owners made us feel welcome and at home. Fabulous place to stay

Everything, the facilities, the decor the location, the hosts, and the cats! The whole experience is amazing, and if, like me, you enjoy the comfort of home, cats, gaming, and helpful, friendly hosts Chloe and Jordan, this place CAN NOT be beaten. Especially with the proximity to the beach, sea air with lots of delicious places to eat if you do want to venture out....Oh and it's blackpool so not forgetting the Fun Fairs (piers and pleasure beach) and amusements all close but not too close by. I love experiencing this side to blackpool.

Anyone who has multiple cats knows they each have their own personalities, and all of the cats looked after by the hosts at Cavendish cat and gaming are affectionate, playful, and happy. The cleanliness and decor here are excellent, and I would have given 10/10 except for the fact that one cheeky cat 🐈 likes to spray around the house. However, it hasn't put me off staying here, and with my son who loves this place as much as I do.

Owner was lovely and her little girl adorable. Hardly saw them. House is immaculate inside, lovely living room and kitchen, rooms were clean too and just the right size. Location is perfect to get the tram. I know a few people have mentioned the blinds but I’ll be honest didn’t bother us in the slightest. Brought my daughter and seeing midnight the 4 week old kitten was her absolute dream. We didn’t use the gaming rooms but we went down for a look. Lovely set up.

The downstairs area has a strong smell of cat urine from when you open the door to the porch but I cannot say enough- the house was immaculately clean! It wasn’t dirty at all, it’s just one of those things. I know that’s to be expected as it’s a cat hotel, The bedrooms and upstairs did not smell at all- and the basement also didn’t as the cats are not allowed down there.
