B&B QUINTARELLI

Everything about the facility etc was beyond our expectation. Our host Roberta was like a lifelong friend! She is absolutely wonderful and we hope to possibly see her again some day.

Not a single thing could be better!

Perfect. View, house, parking, host (Roberta). Everything was perfect. Few km away from Verona in peaceful paradise with great breakfast even better then in some hotels. We were accepted and hoasted like we were in hotel with 5 stars. Thanks Roberta and see you again.

Very clean accommodation at a beautiful place. Roberta was nice, communicative and she is really amazing person. 🙂She gave as some advices about some interesting places around and every morning she prepared tasty breakfast for us. Deffinitely I recommend this place and we are planning to come back. 🙂

There is no one better at welcoming guests to her beautifully appointed B&B than Roberta! Every room of this lovingly restored stone home was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and yet cozy home. The breakfast was delicious and included both savory and homemade baked goods! A fresh cappuccino or two was offered every morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this charming accommodation to anyone visiting the Valpolicella area!

It was perfect in every way!

We only spent one night at Roberta’s and wished it could have been longer. Roberta is such a charming, friendly and welcoming host with lots of local information. We enjoyed our meal at the local restaurant and the great views and evening drink at San Giorgio. Wished we had more time to visit the wineries.

Nothing to not like.

Situated slightly above the village of Bure, Roberta and her husband have converted her family home into this B&B whilst living in a new property on site. They are a lovely couple who could not do enough for me during my stay. The refurbishments are of a very high standard with frosted glass wall and door securing your rooms which includes a large bedroom, beautiful bathroom with very roomy shower and bidet etc. and a small connecting area where you have a mini fridge. This contains beers and wine that are very reasonably priced. The bedroom is roomy with a very quiet and effective wall-mounted air conditioner. There is small wardrobe , table and armchair. These rooms are on the second floor above a large ground floor lounge with sofas and coffee tables and a roomy kitchen where Roberta prepares your breakfast which is superb. She is also more than happy to fulfil any special request or dietary requirements. The two floors are connected by a narrowish wooden stair and I found it easier to leave my crocs at the bottom as I do have mobility issues. Outside is a small area with shaded seating and it is the couple's intention to install a small swimming pool in the extensive garden. There is also covered parking for a number of cars. Access to the site is guarded by electric gates. It is a ten minute walk into the centre of this very picturesque village and just five minutes to the nearest trattoria which serves delicious local cuisine.

Nothing. I did find the automatic lights on the adjoining area a little too sensitive and it might have been easier to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Roberta did provide a kettle etc. but it was in the kitchen. All the plug sockets are Italian format and Roberta has an extensive range of adaptors available on request.

What an absolutely exceptional stay, my family and I loved it. Roberta is such a lovely and thoughtful host, taking care of all the smallest details and making us feel at home. Everything is spotless, of good quality and well organised. She also helped me with a personal wardrobe malfunction, a separate thanks for that! 😊
