staffs were good and helpful

Bed sheets , blankets and pillow were too dirty , room was full of mold .

I found amazing, delicious and variety of breakfast including toast of bread with fried egg, fruits juice, milk and black coffee. Location is about 1 Kilometer away from eastwest highway and easy to reach. Hotel also provides service to receive the guest. We can follow Google map to locate the hotel too.

I didn’t find anything to dislike about this hotel.

Breakfast was Delicious and location of this hotel are perfect. Very cosy place. Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. Very polite staff. I like this place on my budget. Beautiful garden. Enough parking space . Good connection of Wi-Fi . Clean and comfortable for me. Hotel water for shower in the morning are perfect.

Staff were attentive and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed, the ac was good, clean and tidy with nice beds and bedding.

Hot water didn't work one day in our shower but Safal immediately moved us to a new room on a different hot water system :-)

The location is perfect to go anywhere and the ambience of hotel was too good and the staffs were really kind and helpful😊

Very good staff, very approachable, all facilities available. They were able to find you vehicle to roam around Chitwan and guess what they will also be able to book you flight tickets. Just contact the owner. The owner is very down to earth.

The hotel was just starting up so the location was not accurate.. however, communication was good. There were slight problems with light but was fixed when reported.
