تعاون الموظفين والطاقم ، السرير مريح، التكيف تمام، مساحة الغرف ممتازه، جيت بدري وتعاونوا معي ودخلت الساعه 10 الصباح، سهولة الدخول والخروج

عدم تواجد الاشياء البسيطه لاني كنت جاي من عمره واحتاج اتروش والحمام ناقصه فوط وشامبوات وصابون وشبشب، الثلاجه ماتبرد، البطانيات طلبت لاني احنا 3 وطلبت زياده وكانت هريانه مره، عدم نظافة المغسله وكرسي الحمام، فيه رائحة خفيفه في الغرفه لكن قلت يمكن عشان رطوبة الجو، الجدران متقشعه بويتها، يحتاج اهتمام شوي وتطلع انظف

اشكر كل العاملين في الفندق واخص بالذكر العامل الهندي اتوقع اسمه محمد قمة في الاخلاق والادب ويسوي الشي قبل ما تقول له كأنه يقرأ افكارك 🌹🫡

The hotel staff tried to be nice.

The hotel is located far from services. The swimming pool is small and has no depth (maybe less than a meter). This is not clear in the advertisement, as it shows that the swimming pool is large and elegant. Also, towels were not provided in the bathrooms except upon request, and they were not provided to all rooms. The café in the lobby is closed, and there is no restaurant in the hotel, and two rooms (Out of three I have taken) are smelled so bad that we had to change one of them because of the strong smell of cigarettes.

Staffs were friendly and hotel was clean!

Showed 4 starts in booking.com but was a 1 star hotel. Showed swimming pool but was only for kids. Could listen noises from other rooms, quite disturbed
