Room interiors

Pathetic room service , with no intercom only by mobile phone call and no one takes the call at kitchen . Each time we have to call higher ups to get food , water etc basics . Kitchen opens at 8.30 am and no one takes calls that time also and expect guest to checkout immediately by 11 am . Double charge in card and also taking money before arrival by paytm though booking was guaranteed by credit card and free cancellation / payment on arrival. Lifts don't work also pass code protected known to hotel staff. If a fire all will be in problem since staff are not avlb on phone and no intercom. Severe bad quality of food.
