"Fly and cockroach infestation, bad smell, really dirty apartment"

Nothing.

On arrival, the apartment had a fly and cockroach infestation in the bathroom and a strong sewage smell coming from the drain. There was also visible insect droppings in corners of the apartment and mouldy corners in the kitchen and bathroom. The host required a deposit before check-in and did not refund it to me. Due to hygiene concerns, we were unable to stay and left immediately after arriving.
