only the Location

Dirty floors, useless TV and android box, useless aircon remote, stinky towels, faulty shower head, sinki tersumbat, terrible pillows, uncomfortable damaged sofa bed, not cold enough aircon, you summarize yourself the condition of the place. so difficult to ensure everything works before guest check in?? set check in so late at 4pm still cannot prepare?
