Apartments Monsurei, Lake view

The apartment was very clean and tidy, as the pictures on Booking.com suggested. The view from the terrace was absolutely spectacular showing the lake and the mountains in all their glorious splendour. There was also a hot tub which we found to be a surprise treat, which we made good use of! It was a 15 minute walk into the lovely centre of Bardolino, with numerous quality restaurants and bars. The boat trips to other towns such as Garda were a particular treat, and so easy to access, and very cheap too. However the person who really made the week so special was the manager Alessandra, who was so warm, friendly, and always available and so accommodating, such a lovely beautiful lady.

WiFi continually dropping

Absolutely incredible accommodation, most spectacular view. Spacious apartment, with separate bedroom and living facilities. 10 minute walk to the main town, shop, pharmacy and take away only 2 minutes walk. Allesandra collected us from nearby bus station, checked us in and offered recommendations during our stay. She was very quick to respond, no issues. Better than expect and we will be back!!

Bed a little hard, but that's just my liking! Some kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil) would be great for visitors in the future for cooking in the apartment.

The location was very good. 5 minute walk to Bardolino centre, but also far enough away to feel very quiet and relaxing. The apartment and pool area was very clean and tidy. Check in and Check out was quick and easy. The apartment was ready a lot earlier than expected. Alessandra answered any questions quickly and professionally. My family and I had a holiday and experience that far exceeded our expectations. Pharmacy and supermarket at the end of the road. Air conditioning was very good. The scenery from the veranda was exceptional at any point of the day.

The only negative which is being very picky, but was not essential, was if they had an air fryer or microwave in the kitchen area.

The apartment is situated in a little complex with its own private pool. Everything about it was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was newly built, very big and well stocked with kitchen appliances. It was perfect for a week getaway, being close enough to Bardolino to walk in and had private car parking if you hired/brought a car. Alessandra was an excellent host, who was always checking in. Anything we needed, we received the very next morning. Would highly recommend for anyone without kids looking for a quiet getaway on the Lake.

The location is excellent. Lovely views from the terrace. The apartment is immaculate and well equipped. Communication with the manager was excellent.

These are really just small issues: Pillows too soft - really difficult to get comfortable with them An oven or a microwave would be beneficial The wifi is very poor and requires a booster box inside the apartment Pool towels would be good. Pool should be heated at this time of year

The apartment was lovely, in a great location with a handy supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away. The manager, Alessandra, was very responsive and sorted anything we needed super quick. The views of the lake were lovely and the pool very nice and much needed for us kiwis in a heatwave!

Everything was good!

The property was immaculately clean, modern and well equipped. It was just a 10 minute walk from the town of Bardolina and the lake.
