Slimy green pool 20 year old bedding Filthy bathroom ,toilet and shower Door did.not lock Tv didn't work......... Overflowing garbage bins Stayed 5 minutes and left

Location was good.

The state of this accommodation was disgusting. The bathrooms were full of mould. The towels were very stained and didn’t appear clean and the bedsheets were covered in suspicious stains and there was something crunchy in the sheets. Unsure whether this was sand or bugs. The communal pool was filthy. Definitely would not swim in there.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was clean & had a nice sitting area around it. The bed was big and comfortable with good lighting throughout & good storage space, we even had a fridge & TV! & lovely paintings on the walls. The garden was beautiful and there is a lovely ambience about the place.. You can see that in its Hey Day it would have been a stunning Gem! Close to the airport, warungs & shops. Close to Kuta Reef surf break too..

Everything was good for the price we paid. Cold shower.

The swimming pool wasn't working. I have another booking from mon 15 June at Dianna suite. It is non refundable but as the pool is not working I would like to cancel this reservation and get a full refund
