Hotel Stupendo....nuovissimo, la navetta per Bodrum ha la fermata all' ingresso...personale cordiale e disponibile

40 yaşına geldim böyle eksik ve yetersiz yönetilen başka bir otelde kalmadım. Odamızdaki banyoda ilk geceden itibaren yaşadığımız su sorunu için 3 kez bilgi vermemize rağmen bir aksiyon almadılar. Oda değişikliği talebimiz de yoğunluk olduğu gerekçesiyle kabul edilmedi. Her duş alışımızda banyo ve ayak havlusu sızan sular yüzünden su içinde kaldı. Islak bir alanda tuvaleti kullanıp odaları temiz tutmak da bizim için bir mücadeleye döndü. Restaurant kısmı ise eksik personel nedeniyle her gün aynı telaş içinde hizmet veriyordu. Küçük çocuklara istenilen pankek gibi kahvaltılığın da bugün yapamıyoruz şeklinde dönüşü ilk defa karşılaştığımız bir davranış oldu. Garson çocukların özverisi ile dönüyorlar. Oda temizliği ve havlu değişikliği eksik personel nedeniyle yapılmıyor. Söylemenize rağmen kimse gelmiyor, oda sabah bırakıldığı gibi oluyor. 5 gece kaldık , peşin ödemeseydik ikinci gece başka yer arardık. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Hem paranıza yazık, hem sinir harbi içinde geçiyor..

There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things minimum twice for room service, fresh towels, water etc. You can’t just ask once, you need to ask a couple of times for them to provide you the amenities. The bathroom in room 207 kept leaking water so we pretty much had water daily in the bathroom which I think is really unhygienic, dirty and awful. I like the hotel but not sure whether I’ll stay there again
