No lamps in the bedroom

Lovely accommodation and excellent location, close to some must-see attractions, shops, and restaurants. We had a few issues during our stay (broken bed base, sink wouldn't drain, curtain off hooks, smell in upper bedroom), but they were fixed as soon as the company were aware.

Lack of windows in upper bedroom and drain smelling the same room. They seemed to fix it during the stay, but it could do with a room air freshener.

The apartment was huge and loved the decor,, extremely clean, very warm and had everything we needed and more.. Location was excellent, very central, a small supermarket next door and many restaurants within a minutes walk. I would definitely stay again, excellent value for money. We had a great weekend and loved it.

On Google maps there is only one Mouzinhos apartment located on the same road. I headed there from Sao Bento in the heavy rain. When I couldnt enter with the keypad code after several phone calls I was told I was at the wrong Mouzinhos apartments. Yes my fault and I felt stupid but it was an easy mistake to make. My friends were dropped off at the door by taxi, but also then walked to the one on Google maps, then they got lost and arrived very wet and hungry at 9.30pm. On entering the building there is nothing to tell you which floor the apartment was located on. The automatic lights kept plunging me into darkness. I had to call again for the location.

A localização é ótima, no centro de tudo. Havia produtos para as máquinas de lavar roupas e louças.

Problemas no acesso ao apartamento atrasaram em quase 2 horas o checkin previsto para as 16h, o que já foi bem tarde. Sem contar que é preciso pagar para não ter que andar com malas, já que não é possível deixar no local. Faltou a informação de que é preciso descer vários lances de escada para acessar os quartos. A estrutura do apartamento é inviável para quem tem qualquer dificuldade de locomoção. O barulho do bar que fica ao lado o apartamento impossibilita dormir, e, sem ar condicionado ou ventilação, não há como fechar as janelas. As amenidades para banho só foram disponibilizadas no último dia da estadia, ou seja, para a próxima locação. O cheiro forte da cozinha incomodou bastante. A caixa de descarga estava quebrada.
