Vicinissimo alla stazione. Appartamento molto accogliente arredato in modo carino e funzionale.La nostra stanza aveva gli abbaini col vetro, che mi piacciono molto. Cucina, microonde, frigorifero,,aria condizionata perfetta.
L'edificio è in una zona decisamente brutta e l' ingresso del palazzo abbastanza fatiscente. Ma l appartamento affittato è in perfetto contrasto, essendo molto bello.

La comunicación rápida. Buena ubicación, llegas andando al centro en un momento. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario. Tenía aire acondicionado. Tiene lavadora en el pasillo comunitario. Buena opción si quieres visitar Trieste.
El edificio está deteriorado pero eso no depende del dueño, tiene ascensor pero da sensación de claustrofobia. Pero son cosas que no depende del dueño del piso.
