Could have been cleaner. There was a pile of what looked like cigarette ash on the floor when we arrived and the floors hadn’t been cleaned. The rest of the apartment was clean

GBThe property was clean and was modern. It was well equipped and had everything we needed such as cutlery, plates, towels etc. Really happy to have found such a gem so close to the city centre for such a good price.

The apartment smelt like cigarettes. The heating was not working and the host did not respond to any calls or texts regarding the issue. We had to sleep with our jackets on
SIGBLocation and size of space The concierge was very helpful It was a lovely apartment but rather tired .
A little tired , showers and on suite tiles crumbly no shower curtain in on suite which meant water came into the bedroom soaking the carpets. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm at 2.20am everyone vacated the property but there was no one to assist or tell you it was safe to return . I would like to see a more responsible approach to fire safety.
