USThe size and amenities were perfect for our group. We felt comfortable and safe. In house temperatures were perfect.
We had asked in advance, and it appeared in the app to be approved, for an early check in. However, when we arrived the hostess would not honor that early check in. We had to walk around the city towing several pieces of luggage. All the while, one member of our party was quite ill so trekking around the city this way was that much more difficult.
CYThe temperature was 18 degrees Celsius and we couldn't raise it even though we tried.
PTUSThe location is excellent. The flat is comfortable and quiet. It offered excellent space for us as well as a well appointed kitchen and a washing machine.
Better directions including a map and picture of the gate would be helpful. Warmer hot water would be appreciated. One mattress was too soft for comfort.

-Host didn't send the apartment number corecltly. The address is 23, but there are like 7 or 8 apartments, each one with a different letter like 23K, 23L etc. We arrive late with a lot of luggage and had to wait more tan 20 mins outside. Called the number and no answer, then finally reached out using whatsaspp. -WiFi coverage was terrible in the second floor where the "working space" is located. My wife and I needed to work remotely and in separate rooms bc we have a lot of meetings, I noticed on Thursday and let the host know I needed for next Monday. He said someone will call me, but this NEVER happened. Then I wrote again asking for an honest feedback on the issue and NEVER hear from the host again. I value honesty. If you tell me: "I'm sorry but I can't do anything", then I would understand and find a solution myself (as I did), but silence is UNACCEPTABLE -It was dirty (under the fridge door, the couch, the floor on none visible areas)

BGThe apartment was as shown in the pictures. There are two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. Our host was very responsive and answered all my questions in a very short time.
It was not so clean as expected - there was hair on the the stairs and on the beds. In the kitchen there is dishwasher but it’s not usable, because there is no detergent for it.
GBWell furnished and clean and well supplied kitchen. Beds very comfy. Lots of takeaways close by and parking reasonably easy.
The bathroom was downstairs so in the night had to creep downstairs so as not to wake others.
