Hotel Mera Mann

Breakfast was decent and one of the few positives during the stay.

The experience was poor from the moment I arrived. I came in around midnight with bags and the staff watched me struggle, stopped me to ask if I had a booking and then walked off after I confirmed, leaving me to manage everything myself. The first room I was given had a bathroom that was locked and unusable. I was then moved to another room where the bathroom was chipped, damaged and didn’t feel clean or comfortable. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room. On top of that, when I paid in cash, they didn’t return the correct change and later tried to claim I owed that amount again at checkout, which was unacceptable.

The power cut out every 10 minutes, tv turned on and off randomly and no hot water at all but the restaurant was lovely and the staff were nice

All staff were helpful and courteous. Room service was prompt. Food was tasty, and breakfast, included in room rate, was sumptuous. The location was quite central.

The hot water shower button needs repair. I advise street noise sensitive people to take the rear side.

More hygiene should be there
