Very nice, attractive lobby! Lourdes was very pleasant & helpful; so was the lady who came with her to clean up when we checked out!

i didn’t expect it to be that cramped - except for our master bedroom. I expected 2 sofa beds as described but the picture is an accurate representation of the actual sofa & love seat (not sofa bed!) & the tight space between them. There were folded mattresses if you can find a space to spread them which is a real challenge, since the kitchen & small dining are all cramped next to the sofas as in a studio type apartment. There is a small veranda where you can get some breathing space. No toiletries provided except for a soap container in our bathroom but luckily, we travel with our own. Re: the silky bedsheet provided, this is HOT to use plus the comforter keeps sliding down; cotton bedsheets work better for the Philippines.

10 out of 10! I love the cleanliness and location of the property. From the moment I stepped in, I was truly pleased with the place and the amenities included in this property. I would also like to thank the owner Norberto and the keeper Lourdes for such an easy, pleasant stay. I would rent at this location again in the future when I am in the Pasay area. A++++

Nothing that I could think of. Their property for it’s value and quality is top-notch. You will not be disappointed.

It has everything we need. Close to MOA and other tourist attractions. The hospitality was great. Thanks to the staff, Lourdes for preparing our room and parking. We'll definitely come back.
