Great location, beautiful garden surroundings and easy to walk around Tankerton and Whitstable. This is a one room garden cabin at the back of the main house, with it's own semi-isolated terrace. The cabin is a studio, well furnished, despite the lack of kitchen / sink top.

We were lucky to visit during the most summer days one could expect, so the lack of blinders woke us up bright and early every single day of our stay. Although the house was clean all over, the towels of top quality etc, it seemed like it hadn't been properly dusted recently prior to our stay (top surfaces rather dusty, cobwebs in every corner imaginable).

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and a fabulous egg chair in the garden.

I accept space was the issue but washing up in the bathroom sink wasn’t great. The flat could do with a kitchen sink.

Kitchen facilities very poor. Only a kettle and toaster but no work surface to prepare food on and no sick so had to do washing up in the bathroom sick far from ideal

Location (quiet area, but within walking distance of beach, town centre and train station) Clean and comfortable

Lack of proper air conditioning despite it being advertised as air conditioned. With that said, we had gathered that would be the case as could not see any in the pictures and decided to book anyhow knowing the weather would be pleasant.

It was very quiet and great for a couple to enjoy and still be able to get into Whitstable

Potentially a little pricey. We got an offer via the staff at Booking.com so cost us a fair bit less
