"Worst room. No mttrasses water seepage"

There was water seepage in the room. There was only springs left in the mattress. After complaining we were said that we have to stay i this room only. There is no other room available. Also at time of checkin i was told that my room is already check in by some one else.

Worst hotel I have ever been too, spit marks all over the place, dirty bed sheets and surroundings not at all clean. Service is the worst, I ordered breakfast - omelette and it was completely burnt.

Everything has to be improved
