ESBasically the property is good, and location is very good
There is two thing they have to change, otherwise it’s difficult to stay for anyone the first one is mattres is very bad and the second one is microwave. Bed we can not sleep because is very hard….. very bad
GBThe location, space and cleanliness
GBI liked the really comfortable sofas and the location. Nice sized apartment, really liked how strong the doors where, made me feel safe. The saff (Fabiola), was really nice and welcoming. Staff messaged me on booking.com. They even had a gas heater, very nice addition as it did get cold (February).
Elevator was not working. Shower curtain could be a bit longer, as the water gets everywhere. One of the mattresses was too hard (personal preference) to sleep on.
GRVery spacious and comfortable, in a central location, it is ideal for exploring the city and the most important attractions. The lady who welcomed us was very helpful and very kind.
IELocation was perfect. Sitting room was nicely decorated
Apartment was on 3rd floor. Lift was not working. Staff pretend that lift just broke. There was no proper dishes glass or pans. Kitchen drawers were smelly and broken No bin. No heating Mattress were very hard. Location was perfect but they need to provide more facilities.
GBThe only thing We liked about this apartment was the convenience of the location.
Staff member who came to give us the key and show us around was not very welcoming. The communal elevator was not working and the staff member said it had just broken down , however when we spoke to a resident they told us it had been broken for a long time. The property was very dirty throughout. The beds were very uncomfortable, One was very springy with the springs sticking in your back, The other was very hard.
