Lovely rooms and communal areas.

A bit dated.

Location for work Very clean Good food

Bit short on tv channels Not applicable to me but location could be an issue for holidaymakers

Breakfast is a little limited but what they do , they do they do well. Evening meal is fantastic and I could have ordered the lamb every night

The evening food prices are quite pricey and the menu limited in scope. I never could tell how much the bar prices were as I couldn't see any prices displayed.

Beautifully refurbished and comfortable. Helpful staff and wholesome food.

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make some inquiries for us and were interested in why we were there. They also were very thoughtful about my fathers mobility issues. The breakfast was very good , with plenty of options. The evening meal was large portions and very tasty. The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable.

We were very disappointed to come back to the room after a day out and see that our room had not been serviced. For the price of the room we would have expected this. The annex is tired in the communal areas.

Comfortable traditional hotel. Friendly staff. Good parking

Minor things. Bed was so tall steps were provided to get into it which was daft. Not enough clothes hooks or towel rails (hotels no longer changing towels daily need to ask themselves ‘where are the towels going to go’
