The hidden charges which were not shown on the advert, booking.com confirmed these are not listed and should not be charged, however the vendor refused to cancel without charging 300 dollars. Very naughty.

This vacation was ruin by the hotel and booking.com who scams their costumers for money . You are nothing but a bill. Won’t stay there again or book trough booking

This hotel is not what it used to be, no value for money . I stayed only 2 nights , Extra cleaning fees of 150$ were added to my bill without updating me in advance or on the booking website. (I have ALL the emails ).No one came to clean the room or to bring new Towels even once, the trash was left outside for a whole day, prices at restaurants are ripped off (11$!!!! For coffee) . The lobby is freezing (we all got sick after ) The hotel blames booking for the charges, booking blames the hotel but no one took responsibility for the unlawful charges . Booking promise to refund the money, but finding excuses .Been asking invoice for days from the hotel and being ignore . Will gladly give my business elsewhere, I doubt this hotel will stay open for long with how they Treat guests and based on your reviews . if u been scam as well contact me yifat_jerby@yahoo.com I’m a lawyer and I won’t give up on this matter .

Proximity to an event I was attending

overly priced mediocre food, Constant noise (Music) blasting throughout the common areas, lack of any housekeeping during our stay.
