Beautiful caravan, spotlessly clean, and everything provided for a comfortable stay. Very friendly communication and very helpful.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean, static with fantastic decking area to sit out on (weather permitting), perfectly situated on a nice, quiet site. Lots of extras provided, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls/ kitchen roll, cleaning products, etc. Short walk to lovely dog friendly beach and 15/20 min walk into Mablethorpe. Great communication from hosts. Definitely would recommend it.

The caravan was perfect, beautifully presented, lovely and clean, had everything you needed including cleaning bits etc, lovely location within the park itself and Mablethorpe. We normally booked a haven caravan (which are double/triple the cost) but found Cordys caravan much much nicer and better equipped. Fast easy check in process The host was great too, quick to respond to any queries. I book a lot of weekends away through booking.com and this caravan was the best accommodation we've been too and where the description/photos/reviews have actually been 100% accurate. We've booked again for August 2025 already.

The location was perfect. Not too far away from the centre

The mobile home was lovely. Immaculately clean and very well equipped. It's in a great location, a short walk from the amazing beach and close to Mablethorpe. The onsite bar was really friendly. We didn't eat there but the food looked good value for money. Would highly recommend it.

Very clean, tea, coffee, sugar provided. Plenty of clean towels and toilet roll. Host provided high chair and bed guard too.

Lovely and clean. Loved having the bedding there ready. Some nice little games for children and pet friendly.

There was no iron but we have since had a response from the owner about getting one
