River Inn Hotel

Nicely done hotel by the river in Taskhent, perfectly location to go on sightseeing around the city, The rooms were particularly comfortable with river view. The staff at the reception were so helpful and a very big plus!

The bed was very uncomfortable and the Ac wasnt working properly they have to fix it while we are there even we checked in late

Good location

1. room was very hot with no possibility to control the temperature. 2. the sink in shower was partially blocked, so I had only 5min of shower to avoid flooding. 3. Reception stuff told me the breakfast starts at 07:00. I waited till 07:20 and only after complaining to the manager, employees started to bring some food.

New, modern. Very clean. Near shopping and magic city. River view. Very nice and professional staff

The hand-wash and body wash dispenser was broken I complained, no response, The bidet was not working at all, no room service on my second day, They phone was not working, two times I went down to ask something, and they did not provide/ left a new water bottle in my room on 2nd day.The coffee machine did not work on the second day at breakfast, the food options were very limited. There is no elevator, what if there is an elder member in a guest? 3.5/5
