Honestly one of the best stays I’ve done. The house it stunning. Old school home but yet very modern. The views are great. Host has amazing communication and is lovely. We visited Oamaru to see family. House was perfect for get togethers and dinner. Already planning my next stay.

A lovely tasteful blending of original and modern features and furniture. Everything you needed had been thought out and provided. Spacious,homely,and very clean in an ideal location for exploring Oamaru and the surrounding area.

The house was gorgeous, with new bathroom and kitchen, but retaining some period style features. The garden was beautiful too. We only stayed one night, but wished we had more time there. The driveway is very steep, so we parked in the second carpark on flat ground. The house could comfortably accommodate a family, and has excellent views as is elevated. There are no shops within walking distance, but its only a quick drive downhill into town. There is an Air Fryer to use if needed, as well as an oven.

There was no coffee or tea provided, but some milk in the fridge.
