Location. Near the church. Staff were also very understanding that we will have different people staying as we’re using the place to rest during a funeral wake.

The family room is too small. Also very dark

Convenient location with easy access to stores and restaurants.

The comfort room bowl was clogged, causing inconvenience. Only two pieces of soap were provided for our family of five. Lack of a trashcan in the room was noted. The upper deck of the double deck bed was uncomfortably firm.

At 12am, there was still someone playing absurdly super loud music inside the hotel even though the room was on 3rd floor, it was still too loud, it was coming from inside of the hotel itself, neighborhood was already noisy but sounds are less coming from outside, woke up twice until 4am there was still loud music being played then I decided to send a message to the hotel cp number to complain, as did not want to go down because there was no elevator (not recommended for those with big luggage although staff helped to carry coming in), music was stopped, staff need to be trained in hospitality services even though this is a small relatively new and the room small window was not transparent unlike other rooms, air conditioner leaking, shower drainage was really slow amd was flooding for some time

Staff were friendly and accommodating. They responded to our requests immediately.
