Rating: 1/10 Unfortunately, we had a very distressing experience. I booked this accommodation at around 7:30pm for an urgent same-day stay, and we arrived at approximately 10pm with our baby. On arrival, we were informed that the property does not allow children and we were refused entry. This restriction was not clearly visible or highlighted during the booking process. As a result, my family, including our baby, was left stranded late at night in the rain with nowhere to stay. The property offered no alternative solution, support, or flexibility, and advised us to contact Booking.com instead. Despite the fact that we did not cancel and the service was not provided, the property has refused to issue a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and unhelpful as the listing was not as clear as it should have been.

The room was large and very tidy with excellent coffee/tea facilities. The shower was also good, although I was expecting a bath as well. The bed was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

I'm not a big fan of Smart TV's, I would prefer Freeview channels with current news and sports. Parking can be an issue on match day.

Would prefer private bathroom, but shared bathroom was only between two and very clean.

A lovely place to stay. Welcoming host and beautifully decorated rooms.
