Stan je mali,ali kompaktan. Ima sve potrebno za boravak za 1-2 osobe. U mirnom je kvartu, tramvajska stanica je 3 minute hoda od stana. Autobusna stanica je 10-ak minuta od stana na Zagebačkoj aveniji. U okolici na 5 min. su i trgovine,kafići. Stan je izuzetno čist. Komunikacija s gospođom odvijala se preko poruka i ovom prilikom zahvaljujem se na ljubaznosti.
