The flat is newly renovated, everything is in perfect condition and the kitchen includes everything you can possibly need.

Not sure whether this is a persistent issue or I was just unlucky, but there was a short blackout in the building (i.e., not the flat's fault) nearly every day of my stay, which is a problem if you need a stable internet connection for work (otherwise it isn't a horrible issue).

The location is good, it is convenient to travel on foot as well as by public transport. It is very close to the city center and also to the train station.

The house is clean with new furniture and appliances. I highly recommend
