Very clean room, clean bed, have good shampoo, fast wifi. Heated mattresses, very comfortable.

If you have room near the road, it's a bit noise. Rooms smell a bit bad. Because of the humidity. But if you open the window, the room is quickly ventilated and everything is fine.

I booked a room for 2 people, the price was cheaper than the average price in Sapa. The hostess was friendly. The room was clean, the clothes smelled good and I asked for extra towels, they happily gave them for free. Especially, on the 1st floor, they had free drinking water and let me cook noodles for free in their kitchen.

This place is a bit far from the church but close to the market and restaurants.

Modern home, with free cold and hot drinking water. Fairly small room with firm bed, but we slept well every night. A good location if you don’t mind walking into town and like to be away from the noise and lights. Good communication with the host over WhatsApp; we extended our stay and got fresh towels provided. Good TV and WiFi. Great value for money stay in SaPa!

It was always damp in the room and damp/wet in the bathroom with no window. It was constantly foggy in SaPa during our stay, so maybe this is why. But nothing dried, in fact it got damp just being in the room.

Everything was perfect. The nicest people I ever met. Great owners and staff.
