Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Restaurants sind direkt fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock. Und ist entweder zu Fuß über das alte Treppenhaus erreichbar, oder in einem uralten Fahrstuhl. Unsere Kinder durften von uns aus festgelegten Sicherheitsgründen nicht mit dem Fahrstuhl fahren. Das war uns einfach zu gefährlich. Leider hat uns ein komplett verdreckter Teppich und ein unangenehmer Geruch begrüßt. Allgemein lässt die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Badezimmer riechen unangenehm und wenn man die Fenster öffnet wird die Bratenluft des Burgerladens von unten in die Wohnung gelassen. Die Duschen und Fußböden lassen an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.
