La dolce dimora

La struttura ha una buona posizione, circa 40 minuti dalle spiagge della Costa Smeralda e Porto Cervo. 15 minuti da Olbia.

La struttura è piuttosto datata e non trasmette una sensazione di pulizia accurata. Al nostro arrivo mancavano alcuni elementi essenziali, come il sapone per le mani e i campioncini di shampoo. Avevo chiesto conferma alla proprietaria prima del soggiorno e mi era stato assicurato che fossero presenti, ma lo shampoo era diluito con acqua e il sapone per le mani nelle stesse condizioni (peraltro si trattava di una vecchia confezione di sapone intimo). La carta igienica era fornita solo in due rotoli già aperti e non sigillati, cosa poco gradevole all’arrivo. Abbiamo scelto l’appartamento anche per la cucina, ma mancavano prodotti basilari per la pulizia, come uno sgrassatore. L’arredamento è vecchio e poco curato, con numerosi tappeti che non danno un’impressione di igiene. La piscina, pur essendo comune, è molto piccola, priva di sdraio e durante tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo mai visto nessuno utilizzarla. Nota positiva: la proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile e flessibile, offrendoci la possibilità di restare qualche ora in più il giorno del check-out se necessario.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Una vera oasi di relax a Pittulongu – indimenticabile! Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare a La Dolce Dimora e, fin dal primo momento, è stato chiaro che questo posto è qualcosa di speciale. Situata in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi da alcune delle spiagge più belle della Sardegna, questa dimora fa onore al suo nome: dolce davvero, in ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, curato con attenzione e arredato con gusto, accogliente e confortevole in ogni angolo. Si respira tranquillità, e al tempo stesso si ha tutto a portata di mano. Un soggiorno così non si dimentica facilmente – anzi, viene subito voglia di tornare! Consigliatissimo a chi cerca relax, bellezza e qualità in un angolo meraviglioso dell’isola. Grazie La Dolce Dimora, tornerò sicuramente.

Due to problems with the rental car at the airport in Cagliari, the owner waited for us (about 3 hours from the expected arrival time). She was very nice, helpful and due to the late hour she even left us drinks and something to eat in the fridge, which was absolutely wonderful of her. The accommodation was comfortable and we found all the things we needed for cooking in the kitchen. The beach was within walking distance, but due to the weather (very hot) and the fact that I am pregnant, we preferred to drive to the free parking lot. The water was crystal clear and we really appreciated the option to rent an umbrella at the accommodation. We also appreciated the outdoor shower which we appreciated when coming in from the beach.

The Location is perfect! In a remote area, but very close to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. It was also easy to get to from the airport and the city centre even without a car. The apartment is exactly what it looks like on the pictures. It's not fancy but clean and well equipped. The owner is just the cutest and most helpful lady you can imagine and she's trying her very best to make your stay comfortable.

Be aware that there is no air conditioning. We managed with 2 fans

Great location. Had all amenities needed for our stay. Good price and 3 min drive to the beach or can walk in 10-12min. Very quiet and private. Had car parking spot too! Host was very nice and had great communication. Excellent instructions and wish we could have met in person.
