"Don't stay here"

Nothing about this place was inviting. In my humble opinion it should never be listed as a place to stay

The place was filthy. Upon my arrival a BIG field rat was found to be on the property (outside). When we finally went inside, upon inspection, we had to go to the store to get bleach and laundry detergent, because the sheets, pillow cases and towels and wash rags were absolutely filthy. We decided to vacate the premises due to the lack of cleanliness. The dishes needed a thorough cleaning before they could be used. this place is a 0 out of 10 for me
