Apartment was clean and well stocked. Everything was as described and there was plenty of space. Host was great and responded in a timely manner. My earbuds fell out of my bag and ended up under the bed. House keeping found them and the host mailed them back to me free of charge. Would definitely stay here again!

2nd bedroom is located off the 1st bedroom, so you have to walk through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. Not a huge deal, but worth noting ahead of time. I did not see this in the listing, but it's possible I missed it.

Nice neighborhood, 5 miles to Ponte vedra concert hall. Clean. Easy to get in.

Several stairs. Second floor. Bed was hard.
