Our host, Pietro, was very helpful and informative. The view from the balcony is mind-blowing. You can see the entire La Spezia harbor from here. Also, the apartment was very clean and we had all the utilities one could possibly need, including some free water, cookies and snacks, which is a nice touch as well. The check out procedure is easy and straight forward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This venue is a bit distant from city center, so you need a car to get anywhere. There is a bus, but it comes like every 3 hours and taxi service is hard to reach.

It was very clean and the communication with the host was great.

The location was quite a walk to the center and station. But the location was very beautiful!
