Location great. Breakfast average at best. Friendliness of checking person - not good at all. Bookings.com or the hotel deceive the guest by thinking that they have booked in the actual historic hotel when in fact we were shafted and sent down the road a solid block away with zero atmosphere or connection to the hotel. It was really bs.

Upfront info about the location of the room relative to the hotel if the room(s) that are being offered are not in the original hotel. Friendlier staff. The woman we checked in with works from 4-12 Saturday afternoon/evening. We checked in at 4:15. Crappy. We paid a lot for the room we got - over paid.

Nothing, also breakfast was very mediocre.

I thought I was staying at the main property, but instead we were placed about half a mile away. The room was average at best — honestly, I could have stayed at a budget motel for half the price. The key barely worked, and I even had to troubleshoot the TV myself. Overall, not the experience I expected.

Proximity to restaurants and shops is amazing. Rooms were clean and spacious in Delameter Inn.

Staff at check-in seemed somewhat unfriendly. We asked for an early check in which we understand couldn’t be accommodated, but the response to our needs was received with indifference and was dismissive. Continental breakfast could be better.

Central for the town

Building work ongoing and huge skip the back of the property, which we weren’t informed about and our window looked directly onto skip and associated debris . Not pleasant. I asked for the manager to contact me regarding a 1 night refund, but busy with a wedding so no contact!!

Convenient location, clean, quiet, no-nonsense.

Could use usb hubs for charging.
