Location itself is nice.

The room we booked was not available so we got another one supposed to be better. Unfortunately no clean up was done and we found the most dirtiest place on earth with humans rests of previous guests and dirty bathroom and bedroom. Apparently is a common issue with the same cleaning lady.

The location.

The bed is awful, tiny (around 1.80m x 1.20m), and unstable (every time your partner turn a page, you’ll know it), I don’t understand how there can be positive reviews about it. The whole villa area is about 20m2, max 25m2, far from the 80m2 announced (even counting your parking place). Sadly, the floor is made from plastic and could be cleaned from time to time (just have a look under the bed). The linen and towels are from a color which does not allow you to know if they are clean or not. The water system is strange, and there is only hot water in the shower, and it is either too hot, or just cold. There is no dining place (I mean a table where you could put two plates, with two chairs), neither a barbecue, which was a feature. You can maybe ask the staff, but there is none, also to welcome you, even at 5pm. The villas are not on the beach and have no view of the sea, (neither the "front beach" villa), you have to walk 5 to 10 min to reach the sea. There are plenty of dogs always coming around you. At nearly USD 150 for the one floor unit and USD 250 for the two floors unit (the price went down a little since we booked it, months ago), this is the highest we paid in our trip to BCS (which included some very nice 5*). Altogether, the current reviews ranking is a big mystery.

- private and right next to the sand dunes and beach - nicely decorated, comfy bed, great! Hot shower - lovely welcome with a small bottle of wine as a welcome present - really friendly and cuddly dogs around the facilities - the arrival instructions were very clear and we had no issues in getting there (midsized sedan car)

- it is a relatively small double bed - all else was great

Great location. Currently adding works to improve the property.

The external doors didn’t lock. I had to sleep in a single female friends room for her safety concerns. Check this has been fixed before you book

This is a jewell in the desert, a lovely small cottage amid the dunes, with its own privame pool, you can have a bonfire in the top of the dunes or right beside your pool. The sea view from the other side of the dunes is stuning by the sunset.

The beach is close but definitely not the best of the zone, there are some cows wandering the place so it comes dirty.

The setting is beyond amazing. The hotel is located in an untouched desert next to beautiful dunes that lead to an almost deserted beach. You can enjoy breathtaking views towards the ocean from the cliffs.

The facilities look rather temporary and water pumps can be heard during the night.
