The Lovely Loft

The images matched the actual situation. Location was good.

The communication with the host. He was to relaxed and at the end he did not provided the Invoice as we asked and he promised. I send the Invoice details twice. First time it was during the booking and the second time it was on the day he asked me to repeat the info (few hours after his message). However, he did not provided the Invoice with the explanation that I sent details too late. This is not professional and some of the visitors may not like this. In addition, the host sent me some 5-6 messages through the Whats-up during our 2 days stay. I really do not want to text unnecessary messages, especially without a result. I just hope he will be more professional with future guests.

Lots of space, clean and close to the city

The AC didn’t work that well so it was quite warm inside.

Easy check-in instructions and parking.

Property was not clean when we arrived. It still had the previous guests linen and towels. However the owner did arrange for it to be cleaned as soon as possible. The flat was also very hot despite the air conditioning unit.

This was my second time in the Lovely Loft and, jus like last time, I loved it! Perfect little flat, quiet neighborhood (yet at a walking distance to the city center), comfy bed, and great great communication with the host. The bus stop Tobačna is right in front of the building, so it's really easy to commute and get to places if you don't feel like walking. This is now my preferred accommodation when travelling to Ljubljana.

The apartament is perfectly located. It is very silent, small and cosy. You have everything you need there for one person. Very comfortable bed :) and perfect communication with the host.

The only thing I would improve is the caffe maker. It was very dirty and didn’t work properly (or didn’t work at all but I still tried to make a caffe).

Good communication with the owner who was very supportive due to my early flight arrival. Comfy bed and quiet area, so I slept like a baby. Location is great, right in front of a bus stop (takes only 2 - 3 stops to the center), great for an easy walk to the center. Close to Spar (supermarket) and just a few meters away from the Faculty of Arts (with some cool student cafes in the area). I’ll definitely come back.

The accommodation was excellent – very close to the city center, in a quiet area, and the apartment was comfortable. There were plenty of parking spots around the building, easy to find. I definitely recommend this place – everything was perfect!
