Nice rooms. Great breakfast and in an excellent location.

Room and bathroom are a little on the small side. Some people may prefer more space but it was fine for us.

"A real gem in Sitia"

Close to the boat dock, and all the bars and restaurants as well as a cute beach, a short walk away. At the same time, in a quiet and pastoral location. A nice breakfast is served in front of a wonderful view. And above all, we loved Ermioni's hospitality. She was available for us at any time, for any question and recommendation. There is no doubt, that she made our vacation in Sitia pleasant and better.

The place to stay in Sitia! Everything was exceptional! The suite was spacious,clean and designed with a great taste. Beds very comfortable. Amazing bathroom ,5 stars amenities and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent location with a great sea view. I travel a lot because of work and I can say that Palazo di Sitia is tremendous value for money. We will definitely come back!!!

"An absolute Gem of a hotel. Beautiful and close to everything."

A newly renovated small building. Excellent taste in design and wonderful touches throughout the room and the building. The owner is on site and is brilliant, engaging and very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed speaking with her while we were eating breakfast. We loved chatting about the area, her family and the renovation of the building. I absolutely recommend this as THE place to stay while visiting Sitia.
