The host left us an Easter gift, which was really nice of her.

I didn't like the neighborhood, it was very busy and quite loud, as well as the neighbours themselves. We heard the kids long after midnight. I didn't expect this kind of housing estate, to be honest. I don't think it should be on Booking, more likely Airbnb or something like that. We also got veeery long list of instructions on where to park the car (you have to find it with the help of a photo), where to get first set of keys (different building than you actualy stay in!), how to unlock an elevator and where to find another set of keys, it felt like some Fort Boyard game. I would also appreciate at least a couple of normal cups, I didn't like to drink tea from the plastic ones.

recommended for family, everything was perfect, Graziela is a great host and very communicative.

Location is a good, near the city center but the busses are little bit complicated ,they are not good connected , but if you have rent a car you will not regret for the apartment-its perfect.

We have spent just one night before going to the airport - for this purpose it’s OK. The flat is very clean, spacious, well equipped. Good wifi. There is a reserved parking space available. The keys were in two lockboxes - a bit of a treasure hunt, but OK.

The neighborhood is a bit dilapidated, the houses have definitely seen better times, however we had no problems and it was quiet during the night. If I were travelling alone I would not feel comfortable there. The elevator wasnt working even though we had the keys. The apartment doesnt lock from the inside.

The host was very nice. I changed the time for check in several times and it wasn't a problem. We checked in very late and she gave us instructions. Good place for the paid money

The interior of the house is just like the pictures but the kitchen is not working.

The surroundings of the apartment are just awful. There is trash all over, inside the building and outside on the streets (we’ve even seen rats), wholes on the walls, and electrical cables at sight without insulation next to water leakages (extremely dangerous). Last and more important, at night there aren’t lights on the streets and it’s a really unsafe area slums alike (in Sicily there is the mafia so you really need to see where you’re going). I DONT ADVISE TO BOOK THIS APARTMENT AT ALL. It shouldn’t even be listed on booking since it compromises the guests security in many ways. The lady who’s running it is nice but it’s not enough with just having good intentions.

Close to the airport and clean. Graziella was very very polite and helpful and even organised us a transport to the airport. For the area you can not give a minus point because you can look beforehand where you book.
