Newly built guest house, Manager/skelton staff has no idea of customer service and how to maintain and run guest house effectively. No facilty of food and in case you order tea/coffee/snacks through the guest house staff they will hand you the double amount of the bill.

There are no standards of cleanliness, as no one bothers to come and clean. You have to ask the staff constantly for toilet supplies. No towels nothing. Winter time there are no arrangements of room heaters. If you are a visitor coming to visit please do not get scammed by the hotel staff as they will arrange the Taxi for your comfort but you end up aging triple the amount of Bill. Please do your research before you book. Overall 50% good and 50% bad experiences for the amount we spend.

I have confirmed booking and I was coming from very far with my old mother, aunt and sister. I arrived on time but they told us that we gave room to someone even we have confirmed booking and the person whom I talked with was very rude instead of apology he was talking rudely . I found other hotel and shifted there and complained about Mukul inn to booking . Com don’t know what action they took. But I will be going to book hotel from other apps 🙏🏻
