Ocean Front, Private Balconies

The home was well furnished, and had a stunning view of the ocean.

There was nothing about the property. We did not enjoy.

When I opened the door the stunning ocean view was in front of me! My vacation mode was on immediately 😄 The whole unit layout was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. My kids were very happy to have their own room during the trip. My husband and I definitely love the master bedroom. There is a private bathroom in the master bedroom, a king size bed and a private balcony too! We stayed there for 4 nights and created uncountable joyful memories during the stay. The owner was responding quickly when we needed it. Will choose the same place when we are back in the area!

The full wall of glass in the master was great for views but let in too much light at night. Blackout curtains would be a great addition

Location on the beach, and the responsiveness of the owners was great. Great communication. Any issues within their control were promptly addressed. Never had to worry about parking because there is a parking garage right across the street.

The building itself and the facilities within need work. The hot tub outside was not hot, not even close to warm. Pool was average. Lots of sand in the hot tub and pool, and I didn't see any cleaning of the pool while I was there. If they are cleaning the pool, they need to do more. I saw maintenance personnel washing the sidewalk of the pool, but that's it. The water level in the pool was below the skimmer box of the pool, which makes the skimmer ineffective. While we were in the pool, a small child (unsupervised) threw up in the pool, and the vomit was just left there floating. Everyone got out of the pool, and there was nobody at the front desk to notify. Fitness area was closed due to COVID - still? That doesn't make sense. Lights in one of the elevators constantly flickered. I know all this is outside of the control of the condo owner, but the property needs a little work. If I was an owner, I would be complaining to the HOA.

Amazing view, all modern appliances, spacious, great location, very nice and responsive hosts.

I loved that we were right on the beach. The bedrooms and accommodations were spacious.The view of the ocean from our room was fantastic as well as I loved drinking my cup of coffee on the balcony while meditating and taking in God's blessings and the beauty of the calm waters.The owners were very helpful and accommodating to any questions we may have had.

The property is being upgraded , therefore some areas need some special care as the building is old, but it did not take away from where we stayed.

The property is directly on the beach. We were traveling with 3 boys 8-12 and they their days traveling to beach, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and hottub. We had an incredible time. Best family vacation.

Everything was great. The kids room is a little small but there is a pull out bed in the living room.

I liked that it was close to the beach. That it had two balcony’s to step out on and it was clean and spacious.
