USGreat little place for the weekend. If you have more than 2 then the futon will accommodate 1-2 more. Just know you are all in the same room. If you want space to get away there is a 3rd floor kitchen great room space with an additional outdoor rooftop patio that is a nice space. Great value, nice bed, worked well!
Loved this place! I wasn’t sure what to expect with a studio apartment but it was perfect. It was very modern on the inside and a well planned layout. Plenty of space for my teenage daughter and I and all of our stuff. I was very impressed with all the little attention to details. We will definitely stay here again!
The proprietor did a fantastic job preparing for our arrival. Everything went to plan. This was the perfect landing spot for us to begin our road trip. Not only is this property comfortable, it is a fantastic value. We will be looking to book here again in the future. 10/10!
USGreat space, and the kitchenette in particular is nicely stocked. Shower is excellent. Bathroom is a bit unusual if you haven't traveled outside the US. The toilet/sink set up is Japanese in design and the lack of outlets in the bathroom reminds me of England. Only really challenging issue we had was the noise. The walls/ceiling are so thin that everyone's voice, toilet flush, etc. is audible. I don't think the other guests were particularly noisy in any way. It's just the construction. The owners are aware of this as they provide earplugs in the nightstand and a white noise machine (which actually helped out a lot!)
USA great alternative to often overpriced hotels in Moscow. Great location in downtown Moscow with easy access to U of I.
Suitable for working professionals Monday - Friday only. Walls are thin, and lots of college-aged kids seem to stay and party here on weekends, which means a lot of noise at all hours with little respect for quiet hours. While the hosts provide ear plugs and a noise machine, these provide little relief.
Over priced for what we got. Noisy neighbors. Bathroom was extremely small with no shelf space.
USUSThe bed was perfect. Very comfortable, lots of different kinds of pillows, which really helped because my husband is disabled.
I would’ve loved some powdered creamer anywhere and a hairdryer. But other than that, everything was awesome.
