The house was clean and cozy.

The 3rd room's fan was not working and the staff did not attend to my mssgs at all. Even I texted 2 days before to check if any iron box available in that homestay, still no answer for that. The check in details they sent exactly 2pm whereby the access card we should go and collect in diff location. Hence, we arrived little late to the homestay because we received the details late.I'm very disappointed with the customer service.Till now no answer from the main contact for my mssg which I sent after check out to express my disappointment.
