Excellent value. Lovely big room. Good shower, fridge, balcony overlooking the garden & beach. Comfy bed. Mayuri is lovely. Very kind & welcoming. We enjoyed the Sri Lankan food she cooked for us & my husband especially liked the prawns & fish. Location is great for the beach & for the town & bus station.

I had a great stay. A few steps from the sea, close to the city center and the tourist beaches. The hosts are wonderful, the place is not fancy, pleasant for a backpacker stay. At one dinner, they prepared a huge, delicious fresh fish for me at a good price compared to any restaurant in the area. It was delicious and pleasant. I will come back to stay again

The host is SUUUUPER kind, she serves an incredible breakfast and makes sure you get full ;) The room is clean, super close to the beach in a beautiful small village. We absolutely loved it there!!!!! The price is MORE than fair for what you get <3

The owner of the hotel Rodrigo was amazing, so attentive and kind. She made me dinner on two separate occasions, Sri Lankan prawn and tuna curry with the 5 dishes. I am a solo female traveller and she told me the hotel is my home while I stay, she made me so comfortable. I was supposed to stay 2 nights and stayed 5 nights because I loved it so much. The location is perfect, the beach on your doorstep and beach bars/restaurants a two minute walk away. The bed was comfortable and the room big. She even bought me beers that I could have on the balcony at night. I would come back here without question.

The room was nice and clean! The owners are extremely kind and welcoming and it feels like family there! You won't be hungry after breakfast because they make you as much as you can eat! The location is also very good (directly at the beach, just a short walk to the main beach where you can chill and swim, not far from bank, supermarket and bus stand). Very good price for what you get!

Amazing host family. So welcoming and sweet. Would highly recommend having a dinner also as it was one of the best meals we have had. Location is great. Can hear the waves from the bedroom and watch the Sunrise. The main strip of restaurant and beaches is a close, pleasant walk. Very close to the harbour, great to watch the fisherman. Breakfast was yummy and filling to set you up for the day. Would recommend for an authentic experience. Thank you!!!!

It was great! Miss it already

Lovely and caring lady... Breakfast is included and generous. Room was nice, with balcony and sea/palm view... In the night you can hear the waves like in a Maldivian water villa.

WiFi was available but super slow, I had to use my private SIM card

- kind family - nice breakfast (all you can eat :D) - direct access to the beach from the backyard - tranquil surroundings - spacious room

- no duvet provided - only cold water in the shower - no wifi

Her hospitality. She gave us good food. Only few meters from beach.
