Everything was very convenient, supermarket close, the bus and train station are ~15min walk.

Were problems to go in to the property by using virtual key. The description was not so good and it not always work. Several times I simply wait until some one exit from the building and only after that I can go into the building.

Well equipped, clean, close to the railway station (12 minute walk), balcony, good size apartment, decent kitchen and bathroom.

Felt that the entrance to the locked gate, front door and apartment door was a little complicated having to use a smart phone to gain entry, however the Vikey people responsible for the check in were very helpful and available by email/text, and sent a step by step guide by whatsapp. Probably not a problem to younger guests used to smart technology.

The location was very good, quite place with a huge balcony and nice views! Big shop was nearby and only 15 mins walking to the main train or bus station. Clean and big apartment with everything you might need while you travel Fully recommend this place to choose in Bergamo

Veronica's home is located in a very quiet place but near to everything. The place was super clean, organized and very comfortable.

Apartment is spacious and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. In a quiet location overlooking the river and only about a 12 minute walk from the station. A very good restaurant - PASTA e BASTA - just round the corner. Excellent Wi-Fi and comfortable beds.

No wine glasses or corkscrew. No tin opener, a very small chopping board - the kitchen could have been a little better equipped. The recycling procedure was impenetrable, we had to guess which items went where. Entering and securing the property via our mobile phones was initially tricky and always a slightly anxious affair, would have preferred a key safe. Would have also appreciated advice on eating out and nearby supermarkets as we were staying a short time.
