"It was adequate for one night."

The location is good, the car parking was useful & the staff at the pizza shop next door were very helpful.

No fridge, no plates.

"Bad"

Dirty and unclean, sand in bed sheets and on "clean" towels. Mould on wall near TV, wires hanging everywhere. One plate between two people, no fridge, washer smelt awful and was absolutely filthy. Spider webs everywhere. Ruined the last day of our honeymoon.

The location

No bedding for the pull out bed Only 1 plate between 3 people Smallest cups in the world!! No fridge Unclean Staff next door kept us awake until 2am shouting outside the our frondoor and banging...my child was scared and anxious

"Completely unsatisfactory, dirty and unacceptable."

Nothing

Entrance was dirty with rubbish and cigarette butts all around. Inside step dirty. Cooker dirty with cooking fat on the tiles and in the grill pan. Toilet not cleaned. TV inoperative. Blood stains on quilt cover. No refrigerator. No drawers for kitchen utensils and cutlery. Bare lightbulb in kitchen area. Plates and cutlery on worktop but covered in sticky stuff. Two light bulbs not working in main living area. Cleaning products left out with random items like TV aerials. Bare plaster in shower room around door frame. Bath/shower mat dirty. Cobwebs all around. Washing machine not clean and very smelly.
